River Bend Overlook Elopement at Theodore Roosevelt National Park

Words cannot make it justice to this day, but I'll try! Victoria and Devyn are family. I first met Victoria one year ago. I was looking for a local graphic designer to help me with my business' rebranding process. Long story short, Victoria has not only become the person that helped me with that but also she turns out to be a close friend and later one of my dearest brides. When Devyn told me he was planning to propose to her, I was beyond excited. The original plan was to have the proposal during their stay in Seattle while they were there to visit Victoria's family but the ring was not ready in time. They have decided to elope and as far as Victoria knew, the plan was to use Victoria's grandmother ring as her wedding ring. But Devyn had something in store for her. After a quick "first-look", Devyn got down on one knee and formally propose to Victoria with the badlands as their background. She did not see it coming and it was my favorite part of their special day. After he gave her the most beautiful ring I've ever seen, they followed Devyn's friend who officiated their wedding. We explored a different part of the Park for portraits and these two could not contain their happiness. Seriously! They could not keep their hands off each other.
